I reserved a handicap accessible room on hotels com . When we got to the property, we were told they only had one accessible room and the people in it requested an extra day. Therefore, no accessible room available for me. No shower chair, no nothing. It was already after 930 pm and we were tired so we took it. The bed was high and no bars on the shower so I couldn't use the shower. If we weren't so tired we would have went elsewhere. This is the second time they have done that to me, not providing for my needs. There won't be a third.

I read reviews and I chose this hotel. All the towels were dirty. The air conditioner is working very loudly. Couldn't sleep at all last night. Breakfast was terrible. They don't have anything. When you ask, we don't have they say that's it. They don't even try to help you. It was the first and last time I stayed there.

The property was very clean and very well maintained. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The staff went above and beyond, even helping us carry our luggage up to the second floor. My husband and I were very comfortable and would 100% stay here again.

Parking lot was well lit. The hotel is on a commercial strip right next to a Braums (ice cream and burger chain). There's probably 15 restaurants in a walkable distance. Don't fill out the "pre check in" online. you have to fill out all this info, and then just do it all over again when you arrive.
