Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was cleaned as well as possible by cleaners but the carpet was dirty and stained, wall spot touched up, desk chair ragged and bed very uncomfortable. The heat was hard to regulate. Up and down in the night adjusting it. Not much rest.

We are 6 of us 2adult 1teen 3 little one from 4 to 8. The room is very nice it have 2 queen beds and coach that 6 feet teen can sleep on top plus it and hide bed too. A family of 9 would be comfortable in this room. It have Tv, icebox,microwave, hairdryer and iron for you use.

Room was nice and clean, staff seemed friendly. Housekeeping cam by while we were in room told them to come back later, never saw them again that day. Next day in evening had to tell them we needed towels and to remove trash, that is all they did for three days we stayed

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast provided a good assortment of choices and the products I had were tasty. The breakfast area, as well as, the interior and exterior were clean. My reason for rating a 4 versus 5 was the security door/entry on the east side of the building never was secure. Anyone could walk in at anytime.
