Hotel oferta serviços pelo hotéis.com, mas quando o hóspede chega para o check in é informado que o hotel não é vinculado ao site. Em contato com o hotéis.com me ofereceram realocação e, quando aceitei, ligaram para o mesmo hotel da reserva, e disseram que minha estadia no Okakoaras estava confirmada, que não seria necessário realocar-me. Dormimos no hotel, mas pela manhã, não foi oferecido café da manhã, diferentemente do que havia sido contratado. Foram consecutivos constrangimentos. Outra informação importante, o imóvel ocupado pelo hotel aparenta estar abandonado, as instalações são precárias. Havia apenas minha família hospedada no local, não havia funcionários disponíveis. Serviço divulgado aqui é FRAUDE.

Primeiro transtorno foi por parte do hotéis.com que não fez a comunicação da reserva para o Hotel. Ou seja, eles nem sabiam que íamos chegar. Tivemos muita dificuldade em relação ao canal de atendimento, ausência de resposta pelo whatsapp do hoteus.vom e tivemos que ligar por várias vezes para que alguém do Hotel nos atendesse. O proprietário maravilhoso, atencioso, porém funcionários mau treinados e despreparados para governança. Horário de servir o café da manhã, após as 9h ocasionou atraso em nosso planejamento, bem como mundaça em algumas atividades. A limpeza e manutenção das acomodações e áreas comuns (presença de rordores e pragas) deixou a desejar, mas o que mais nos impactou foi a falta de segurança no local, nos sentimos muito vulneráveis principalmente na última noite que passamos hospedados.

Fomos pra um aniversário e chegamos às 2:30 da manhã(quando fizemos o checkin avisamos que íamos pra um aniversário e nos avisaram que tinha recepcionista 24 horas)passamos quase meia hora chamando,só depois de conseguir o número do telefone no Google que o recepcionista chegou para abrir a porta,não ficamos seguros com a pousada,não tinha outros hóspedes e as portas do quarto insegura demais,pegamos nossa mala e voltamos pra nossa casa no Recife.😔 Não recomendo,pessima intalações.
