The apartment is located in a gated community on the 5th floor with concierge 24h and with parking space. The apartment has no TV, no wifi. No bath towels are provided, see how to purchase extra sheets and bath towels. There will be no cleaning during your stay. The guest must collect their trash and put in the condominium bin daily. Dear Guest, Please read the condo rules carefully: 1) Guest names must be sent to the owner in advance for authorization at the concierge. It is a family condominium and only residents and or authorized persons are allowed to enter. License plate and model of the vehicle must also be shipped each. The expected arrival and departure time at the accommodation must be communicated before anyone can receive it. There is no provision during your stay cleaning the bathroom, removing the trash.
