Gîte Le Pivert – Charming Cottage in Nature with Shared Pool

Welcome to our holiday home Le Pivert. This detached gîte is located on the small-scale Aux Martis estate, set in the beautiful countryside of southwest France, on the border of Lot-et-Garonne and Dordogne.



The kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms are on the ground floor. From the living room, stairs lead to a mezzanine with a third bedroom.



Le Pivert sits at the end of an unpaved lane. On the terrace side, you are nestled among large oak trees with views over rolling meadows where cows graze peacefully. At the front, you overlook our private mini-valley, where the pool is also located. The many trees around the house offer welcome shade and privacy in summer. Children can play safely outside; as we are at the end of the road, there is no through traffic.



On request, we provide a cot and/or high chair free of charge. The washing machine is shared and located in a communal area next to the campers’ facilities. Bed linen is always provided and suited to the season. Towels are optional and available for an extra fee. There is Wi-Fi in the gîte, but it is not strong enough for streaming. However, there is stable 4G coverage. At reception, Wi-Fi is available; you are welcome here at any time of day.



The pool is about 30 meters from the gîte and has sun loungers, shaded areas, and parasols. It is shared with guests from other gîtes and campers from our mini-campsite. The pool is open from early June to September, daily from 10 am to 8 pm.
