This hotel is just the right fit for the paradise that is Santo Antao. The staff is warm and friendly, the food is stellar and the rooms are elegantly decorated as is the entire property. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Es un hotel muy mono, con muchas infulas, pero con insuficiencias técnicas significativas. En primer lugar es falso que tenga parking. Como no tiene siitio en los alrrededores, tienes que aparcar en el escaso arcén de la carretera. LLegamos a las 8 de la tarfde, no había nadie en recepción tuvimos que buscar un buen rato porque la recepcionista era también la camarera y no nos podía atender. No hay ascensor, si te asignan una habitaión en la planta superior tienes que arrastrar la maleta porque nadie te la sube. Muebles de la habitación monos pero escasamente funcionales. Caja fuerte sin inbstrucciones de funcionamiento. Ducha y lavabos con escasíma presión de agua. Personal, excepcto la recepcionista, muy poco agradables.

Le bâtiment est très beau, le restaurant est bon, la terrasse est sympa, la piscine est sympa bien que froide et sale (beaucoup d’insectes) Il y avait une seule personne pour gérer tout l’hôtel (réception, restaurant, bar) Quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre il n’y avait pas d’eau, pas de gel douche, pas de lumière qui fonctionne à l’entrée de la chambre, pas de télécommande de la Clim fonctionnelle. La plupart des incidents ont été rapidement gérés par la personne en charge de l’hôtel mais ça ne donnait pas une bonne expérience On s’est retrouvés coincés à l’extérieur de l’hôtel parce que la personne ne nous avait pas donné le code de la porte Le petit déjeuner est très minimaliste, et faire payer les œufs alors qu’il y aussi peu de choses sur le buffet est vraiment déplacé La personne en cuisine ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et ne comprenait pas le mot ‘œuf’ alors que c’est la seule chose que les clients peuvent demander en plus du buffet Les travaux à 8h du matin ce n’est pas très agréable non plus Donc globalement déçus par autant de soucis dans un hôtel de ce standing même si le séjour était très correct

Bon hôtel situé dans la vallée de Paul, parfait pour sortir en randonnée. Bon service et restaurant très bon. Je recommande pour ceux qui souhaite partir en randonnée sinon visiter la partie Est de Santo Antao.

Het is een vrijwel nieuw comfortabel hotel uiterst charmant ingericht zo ook de ruime kamers met een lekker ligbad en seperate douche en lekker bed. Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk met moeder Georgette en dochter Claudia als stralend middelpunt. En dat allemaal in het wonderschone Valley de Paul the garden of Eden. Werkelijk fantastisch verblijf.
