Pau Hotel

Don't bother to book if you can not speak French. You must also ring to confirm or they will NOT let you in as there is no reception. There are also no refunds a very bad service. I can not rate the rest of the hotel as never saw it.

Stay anywhere else

The hotel is not as described. The beautiful picture is not how it looks. Lots of trash and piles of crap outside around the hotel. The banister going up the stairs is broken and missing spindles making it unsafe, the rooms are poorly cleaned. trash from previous guest in my room. and what is up with the shared bathroom?! I did not have breakfast here because of the cost almost $10 for a pastry and coffee when there is an authentic bakery a few minutes walk towards town that charges $3 for coffee and croissants.

La chambre n'est pas en parfait état. Pas d'éclairage sur les têtes de lit. A priori, au vu des commentaires précédents, cela fait bien longtemps que le petit entretien n'est pas réalisé. Même si le prix est très abordable cela n’empêche pas un minimum de rigueur. Quand à la température, il faisait 16 degré dans la chambre à notre arrivée, avec une seule couverture à disposition. Il nous a fallu gérer nous même le réglage du chauffage. Point positif : Le sourire et l’accueil du personnel au petit-déjeuner.

personnel absent, mais alors si vous êtes en galère, ne compter pas sur eux. Payer le petit-déjeuner sur le site pour ne pas l'avoir au final car inexistant...Me propose un café ou un jus d'orange. Chambre correct mais toilette sur le palier... Bref, mauvaise expérience.

Je qualifie cet établissement d' hôtel fantôme. En effet, j'y ai dormi deux nuits et je n'ai croisé aucun être humain. Ni faisant partie du personnel et j'ai juste apperçu un homme âgé qui n'a même pas daigné réponde à mon bonjour du matin. Le service en ligne uniquement finira un jour, que j'espère proche. En tous cas je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, préférant oublier cette étape de ma vie. Pour être totalement objectif, le seul point positif c'est sa situation proche du parc des exposition où j'ai œuvré trois jours.

c'est la deuxième fois consécutive que je rencontre un problème avec cet hotel. La première fois ,impossible de faire annuler une réservation qui avait été doublée par un bug au moment de payer ,même en prévenant à l'avance l'hôtel du problème de double réservation non souhaitée. Cette fois ci , pas de pain et pratiquement rien au petit déjeuner , malgré ma demande de réservation du petit déjeuner.

Por favor pido el reembolso de mi dinero . Compré el alquiler por expedia.es y nunca me llegó el código para poder entrar en el hotel . Estuve desde la 22:30 hasta las 01:30 esperando delante el hotel y llamando al teléfono con quien contacte y ni vino ni contesto al teléfono y por lo tanto no pude dormir en el hotel . A alguien se le olvido mandar el código para yo poder entrar a dormir . Por lo tanto pido el reembolso absoluto de mi dinero . Un saludo y gracias por su comprensión .poderAlguien

Manque de sérieux

En déplacement professionnel je n arrivait pas à me faire remettre une facture pour me faire rembourser mes frais de déplacement. Quand j' ai réglé et demander ma facture la personne de la réception m as dit qu il me l envoyé par mail.Le lendemain je ne l avais pas.Je l ai demandé à une personne qui faisait le ménage 'il n'y avait personne à l accueil ni au service des petits dejeuné).Elle m' as dit qu'elle transmettai ma réclamation. Le soir je n'avais toujours pas de facture.je téléphonai au Montilleul qui me dit me l'envoyer par mail dessuite. Le lendemain je ne l'avait toujours pas. Je me suis alors rapproché de Hotel.com pour faire une réclamation qui m'a expliqué que les services réglés directement à l'hotel ne les concernés pas mais qu'ils allaient contacter le gérant afin qu'ils me la délivre. j'ai enfin obtenu ma facture dans l'aprés midi. je vais réguliérement à l'hotel pour raison professionnelle et c'est bien la premiére foisque j'ai autant de mal pour avoir un justificatif de paiement. Celas resteras pour moi un trés mauvais souvenir et une grande perte de temps. je déconseille fortement l'hotel Montilleul à Pau si vous etes en déplacement proffessionel ou avait besoin d'une facture pour justifier vos frais. De plus la fermeture de la porte d'entrée ne fonctionnai pas et la porte reste donc ouverte toute la nuit.Je précise qu'il n'y as pas de veilleur de nuit et par conséquent il me semble que la sécurité des voyageurs n'est pas assuré comme il se devrai.
