Sorry to say but i have stayed at Sutus Court 1 many times and it have always been good. This time is was very bad. Every day during my over 3 weeks stay you had people drilling and hammering from 08.30 in the morning when people try to sleep. Pattaya is a party city and people goes to bed late and wants to sleep in the morning. I stayed at a hotel in Patong during renovation and before i booked they had info about starting making noise 11.00-17.00 and guests only had to pay half the price because of this. So i was very dissaponinted this time no info and the same price for not be able to sleep.

Cleaning was ok, but a stain on the wall next to the bed made me suspicious. Maybe it's just bad painting. My biggest complaint was the bed, it was just to hard for my body. Unfortunately i did not sleep much the time i was there.

The rooms need a renovation as the paint is coming off the walls and furniture is old and need updating. However very clean and cleaning staff do a great job. The pool urgently needs to be retitled as a lot of tiles have fallen off and most are loose. The tiles are dangerous and I hurt my feet swimming one day and didn’t swim there again in my 14 day stay. Simple things need repair and the hotel would be great.

another pleasant stay at Sutus ct 1, good room, bathroom very good but could do with hand towels besides the normal bath towels,, room could do with a two seater sofa as well, but thanks for a good stay

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at sutus 1 I find the hotel staff excellent, the rooms are kept very clean, the only downside of the hotel is the pools they need to have some work done on them i.e missing tiles in the jacuzzi and main pool areas but still very clean areas.

Nice holiday in Pattaya

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Pattaya. The hotel is in a good location and has everything nearby. The staff is excellent, and the room is clean and in good condition. The pool isn't very well maintained, it needs some work, and I'd also replace the sun loungers, which are now dated.
