I can’t make a single complaint about this hotel. Great location. Came for one night stayed for three. Staff are as sweet as can be. Room was super clean. I sprung for the deluxe Seaview room and highly recommend it. OK I’ll complain about two things: on extending the room, staff pointed me to book it online as it was much cheaper. I always find that a little bit silly. Breakfast is decent but nothing fantastic on the other hand it’s only. $3US

The staff was great and friendly. The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is old and not nice. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. I moved to a different hotel for the remainder of my trip.

I booked another week and changed room further away from the street. It’s much quieter. Both rooms are excellent and the staff bends over backwards to take great care of you. I would highly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely stay here again.

Location-Location-Location. In the heart of Pattaya. Nice hotel, great staff and pretty good breakfast. My room was quiet even though the area is alive at night. 250 meters to the beach and a baht bus and ferry to Ko Larn. Would definitely recommend. A clean 3 star hotel.
