Room was clean and spacious! Bathroom was efficient but lacked a bit of sink space! Staff was always helpful and pleasant! My only complaint is the A/C blows downward into your face while sleeping and is somewhat too strong even on the low mode! Vents need to be redirected! They only provide one room key so if your partner leaves the room they must leave the key behind for all lights and AC to work...therefore knocking on the return is the only way in!! It's a good place overall for the price!

I enjoyed my stay there. Breakfast buffet, especially the colder foods - watermelon, salad bar were good. Egg/omelette station was key. Don’t sleep on their hot soup, too. Decent congee. Only drawback is I wish the my shower would give a water that was just a little bit hotter. It was warm, but not steam hot, which I like after a long day and evening of sweating. It’s a bit more old school, with a lot of older dark wood walls/interior - for my room at least. But felt very spacious. Nice window for natural sunlight throughout the day. Perfect for that afternoon nap and pre-dinner chilling. I’ll def keep this as an option next time in North Pattaya area. Minutes walk to the beach, too. Sunsets were a nice payoff. Great staff. Super kind and attentive. Pool is across the way, as part of the Sabai Sabana, but I guess under same ownership. I recommend this for any solo traveler with a “no frills” attitude. Perfect for a short term (3 days for me) stay. But because of the feel of the room wise, I would also consider a longer term stay there, coz the location was central to everything. Terminal 21 is within 5-10 minutes walk.
