The rooms are comfortable and pleasant to rest in. The downside is the lack of sound proofing. The slightest noise can be heard from the neighbours. It gets bad when they talk on their phone when it is way past midnight. The good thing is the existence of a restaurant opposite and the owner can communicate a bit in English

i already wrote exactly what happened in q very lengthy way to Expedia. Number one issue is not having a person at hand at the front desk to check people in. The rest was sent to Expedia on different time via email

Sehr unsaubere Zimmer. Es wurde ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelzimmern gebucht. Wir mussten ein separates Zimmer dazu buchen. Sehr schlechte Vorbereitung und Kommunikation.

便器のタンクの蓋が無く、中を見れば、部品がバラバラで壊れている。当然、トイレの水は流れない。それどころか、そもそもシャワーや蛇口からも水は出ない。フロントへその旨伝えても、30分待ってくれと言うが、何も対応しない。4階と1階を何度も往復して、部屋を変えてくれと訴えても、今度は午後7時までに対応すると言う。しかし、何も行動する気配すらなく、片言の日本語で「あなたのことが好きですか〜？」と小馬鹿にしている感じだ。トイレはフロント横のを使えと言う。トイレのたびに階段の上り下りをしろというのか。Wi-Fiは4階では全く電波が届かない。ちなみに石鹸の備えもない。他の多くの部屋では絶賛リフォーム中で、おそらくDIYだろう。今までの旅で最も最悪で、金をドブに捨てたほうがマシだった。もう一度言います。部屋の水は出なくて、手も洗えません。
