i already wrote exactly what happened in q very lengthy way to Expedia. Number one issue is not having a person at hand at the front desk to check people in. The rest was sent to Expedia on different time via email

The rooms are comfortable and pleasant to rest in. The downside is the lack of sound proofing. The slightest noise can be heard from the neighbours. It gets bad when they talk on their phone when it is way past midnight. The good thing is the existence of a restaurant opposite and the owner can communicate a bit in English

Sehr unsaubere Zimmer. Es wurde ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelzimmern gebucht. Wir mussten ein separates Zimmer dazu buchen. Sehr schlechte Vorbereitung und Kommunikation.
