The room was clean. But I'm 99 percent sure the mattress had bed bugs as I was bitten all over. I mentioned and showed the bites to the member of staff on duty. He said he would organise cleaning for the following day. But no body came to even look. Didn't have much contact with staff. Location good.
Stayed 12 nights in Mar 2026
