The pool is small, and the entrance to it is just from the room. We did not use it because we were not sure when it was cleared last time. The sheet on the chair into the pool was dirty. So, the pool is small and private for rooms, but we did not use it. The stuff is friendly and helpful. They managed a ride to the doctor for free when I needed it. The breakfast is good, and the service is great. Forget about the private beach, it's not usable, it's shallow and the bottom is sharp rocky. We went every morning to Tien beach.The water there is clean and warm, but the beach itself is overcrowded and dirty, as the island itself. It looks like Pattaya and islands around is not good for comfortable vacation.

We enjoyed our room ocean view grand villa. Beautiful decor and private out door pool. It comes with free breakfast floating, snacks and drinks refill daily. Service were excellent for a small hotel. We love our stay. We definitely be back again.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the room was very clean and well maintained. The in-room swimming pool was unfortunately too cold to use, and would be much better if heated properly. Overall, still a great stay and definitely recommended.

After spending an action packed week in Bangkok visiting family, the welcome reception, curtesy and service we received throughout our three night stay at the Madusea Grand Villa was fabulous. Offering ultra modern, Hi-spec, spotless rooms, use of a complimentary scooter, for exploring the island, a huge breakfast served in the room, a private plunge pool and a private outdoor space, designed to provide awesome sunrise views and your very own, personal, framed window on the world, surely this must be the best hotel on the island.

Beach front villa was fantastic value for money with every ametity you could think off. The villa was in flawless condition. The only downside of the stay was the noise as the restraunt was under refurbishment (10am until 5pm). Apart from that, I can highly recommend.Excellent island getaway.
