This clean, newly renovated unit is located in Jomtien Beach Condo at Jomtien Beach, Pattaya.
The unit features a king-size bed, couch, kitchenette facilities for light cooking, a bathroom with bath tub and shower and a balcony with partial seaview (see actual pictures). Since it is North-facing and away from the main road it is both not too hot and quiet. The beach is 300m away.
In the condo itself there a number of shops and restaurants, a gym and 2 swimming pools and other facilities and public transport are nearby.
