This is a hotel that just misses. A nice pool which I could have all to myself, a spacious but somewhat run-down room, a bed which is way too stiff for my taste, an elevator that runs to the previous floor only... In the middle of an authentic neighborhood (which I found interesting), close to water but not to a beach with swimming. No idea why it is listed as a 5-star property on Hotels.com: a solid 3 stars in

Actually this is a decent hotel as clean, breakfast has a big mixture of choices, pool was clean and cocktails by the pool staff were superb. Overall very friendly and definitely would come back. If any gripes as it's about 20 mins drive to main Pattaya malls/walking street/tiger park/floating market but it's worth it.

Fantastic hotel, new and clean and great shape. only thing is that there was only few sunbeds at the pool area and those who was there had been oppucied by girls, making pictures and put their stuff on the sunbeds, without using the pool at all.. Otherwise everything was fine..

浴室蓮蓬頭的水溫忽冷忽熱，通行朋友房間的也是一樣。而且排水孔不易排水要拿掉排水孔蓋，不然變成泡腳池。雖然我不抽菸，陽台也禁煙，對吸煙者不友善。廁所馬桶很廉價的那種。酒店的景觀拍照打卡很出片⋯值得體驗一晚即可。因為離市區比較偏遠，好處是睡覺安靜無無車聲。

Private Pool Villa に3泊滞在しました。 お部屋もプライベートプールも広くゆったりとしており、清掃、コンディションも保たれていたので、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 立地は中心部からやや離れているので比較的静かですし、Grabやソンテウを利用したので、不便さは感じませんでした。 フローティングブレックファーストやアフタヌーンティ、プールサイドバーを利用したのですが、何れもお値段のわりにクオリティが高く、満足することができました。 サービス面では、レストラン・バースタッフ、ベルボーイやガードマンの感じはとても良く問題ありませんでしたが、フロントスタッフのサービスに不満を感じ、残念な印象が残りました。 総合的に見ると宿泊費からすると申し分なく満足できるが、5つ星ホテルとして見ると物足りなさが感じられるため、4つ星相当ではないかと評価させていただきました。
