The internet stops for unknown reasons. Then you need to re-log with the password so Whatsapp calls drop. The TV programs are limited in english and the channels buffer constantly. The Indian, Chinese and Thai channels seems to always work. This hotel caters to many Chinese tourists. Several tour buses unload them here. Don't expect peace and quiet because the children run uncontrollably down the hallways screaming at the top of their lungs.Get to the breakfast buffet early or you will be swarmed by rude people who don't wait their turn. Its chaos as people just grab food with their bare hands and load up their plates. Pretty sad to see this type of human behavior from a so-called high end hotel chain.

Max at front desk is amazing and Aof took good care of my room. All the staffs so friendly and greet you every time. Entire hotel, pool, gym etc. is immaculate. Directly connects to a great mall and right on the 10 baht taxi line. Breakfast buffet/restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend.
