I stayed in a pool villa, and while the staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly, the property itself needs some serious maintenance. Walking to the room felt unsafe — the floor around the pool area was rotted wood, which was dangerous. The bed was also extremely firm and uncomfortable. The team here truly did their best and provided great service, but the hotel definitely needs an overhaul, especially to improve safety around the pool and villas.

Property is very very tired,wooden decking around pool is rotten and unsafe,no shower curtain and handles on bath were broken,headboard on bed was very dirty,staff were lovely could be a very nice place if they spent some money on it

Nice but old

The location was a little far, hotel was old, timber decking was old worn and dangerous for walking on. My bathroom leaked water everywhere. No remote for the air conditioning No reception on the tv Bed and pillows were hard But the staff were very nice friendly and helpful

Quality of the Villas are super poor.

As a Hotels.com partner this was a rough stay. I left one day early, poor quality of linens with holes, very, very old towels, ancient old TV, and rusty water in the bathroom, the fixtures are so old, you can smell the rust in the water line. Pillows on the bed need to be change, I pulled the pillow cases back, super brown, health hazard. I also suggest don't get in the pool, the ancient old pumps are not helping clean the pool, the water was murky in two of the main pools. I suggest if you start feeling sick please report to authorities. I will give them one more chance to make improvements before taking them off the extranet, and terminating their contract with us.

The place was almost empty except for men and their Thai girlfriends. The place is sadly uninteresting. I was bitten by something and I have a rash all down my legs.

Over all it was a pleasant stay , the price was cheap for 6 nights and i think you got a good deal . The pool was cleaned every day , and its big and deep , the staff was nice , security at night time , and clearner in room everyday . Would i stay again , i think i would .

Oasis on the better part of town.

Let me begin by saying, the hotel is an oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle. If you are looking for a low-key place, look no further. The layout of the hotel resembles a river sorrounded by small houses or bungalos. I stayed on both the smaller rooms and the center pool villas that are truly spectacular. If you are used to accommodation such as the hilton. Then this might not be your cup of tea. However, if you want a tru thai experience, then book this hotel. I think you will not be disappointed.

Auf keinen Fall mehr dieses Hotel

Wir mussten aufgrund der Mängel gleich nach dem check in vorzeitig wieder auschecken. Verrorostete und herausstehende Nägel auf dem einzigen Weg zum Bungalow, kaputte Latten überall auf dem Weg, dreckiges Bett mit Flecken, defekte Toilettenspülung und im ersten angebotenen Bungalow konnte der Zimmerschlüssel nicht mehr herausgezogen werden. Der Pool war leider sehr trüb und dreckig und genau nebenan war eine riesige Baustelle von welcher nichts zu lesen war. Das Hotel hatte leider schon mal bessere Tage und wir sind nicht zwingend sehr kleinlich. Aber das ging leider gar nicht und wir haben uns schnellstmöglich ein neues Hotel gesucht.
