die Möbel im Zimmer sollten mal renoviert werden

Für Familien mit Kindern bestens, für Singles oder Paare ohne Kinder nicht zu empfehlen, da im Hotel oder näheren Umgebung nichts, aber auch gar nichts war, und wenn man am Abend mal in Pattaya ausgehen wollte, muße man schon um 21:30, wenn man Glück hatte um 22:30 an der Bus Station sein um zurück (1/2 Stunde Fahrt) zu kommen. Mit Taxi teuer am Abend. Also Party in Pattaya, (da gibt es wirklich tolle Musikbars) machen geht auch nicht. Internet war im Zimmer auch nicht möglich, also früh schlafen.

Территория отеля очень маленькая, прогуляться и посидеть совсем негде, бесплатные завтраки крайне скудны(омлеты и яичницы) Бассейн маленький. Основная претензия - не внимательность персонала. Мы заказали трансфер, наш рейс отложили, о чем мы сообщили за 12 часов до предполагаемого прилета, но сотрудники отеля не прочитав нашего письма, поехали встречать нас, соответственно, не дождавшись,вернулись в отель. Прилетев в аэропорт, потратив 2 часа на поиски нашего трансфера, были вынуждены добираться своим ходом, что проблематично после 9-ти часового перелета, незнание языка и местности. Прибыв в отель, пожилая дама, которая должна была нас встретить, объяснила: что не видела нашего письма, извиняясь что так вышло, поблагодарила нас за понимание. Мы замяли эту тему!!! Всякое бывает, мы добрались до отеля, все нормально и не стали к этому возвращаться. По окончанию отдыха, выезжая из отеля и отдавая ключи на ресепшн, подошла эта тетя и сказала: что мы должны заплатить за трансфер не малую сумму, которая ровнялась, двухсуточной цене проживания в этом отеле. Мы пытались объяснить:что трансфер нас не встретил и нам не за что платить. На что получили ответ: что трансфер ездил за нами и придется залатить, в противном случае, у нас будут проблемы. Итог: нас вынудили заплатить за услугу, которая нам не была оказана, по причине ХАЛАТНОСТИ персонала. Общее впечатление об отеле было сильно испорчено,отель устроил для нас не малые не предвиденные расходы. Больше в этот отель не поедем!!

Тишина и покой

тихий и очень зеленый уголок среди мегаполиса. Практически на берегу моря и в шаговой доступности от трассы. Единственное, чего не хватает, телевизионного канала на русском языке.

Sympa pour la plage

Bon hotel avec bon prix. A proximité de la plage -5min a pied. SpotI sympa pour faire du kite ou Windsurf... Par contre plage petite. Super piscine dans l'hotel. Alentour desert... Rien a visiter a proximité.
