Misleading and Disappointing

The description and photos of this hotel are completely misleading. Despite its high score of 9.4 and claims of being "near Patong Beach," the reality is far different. Issue 1: The hotel is not near Patong Beach—it’s a 13-minute drive up a mountain. Issue 2: The photo of the large outdoor pool is highly deceptive. Issue 3: The room was dirty, and our front door opened to a noisy car park. Issue 4: The mattresses were as hard as a pile of bricks. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are plenty of better options closer to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment.

This is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Patong. Mama is a very welcoming host. She goes an extra mile to make you feel home. The property itself is very beautiful! I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for stay near Patong
