The staff was very rude, for the price you're paying to stay here, the rooms are dirty, sheets had stains all over. soon as you entered the building you could smell the filthy odor of urine.

スタッフさんはとても優しい方たちで、困り事などにも真摯に受け止めてくださいました。 ただ、ホテルが古いため、清潔感があるとは言えない。すぐ下にバーなどが点在しているため、夜中も騒がしく、音が気になる人は寝れないと思う。 ただ、比較的安価なので、学生などには良いかも知れない。
お風呂はユニットバスで、カーテンはついていなかった

Tried to connectvwith the reception about this but nothing was made. -we booked s family room, got two separate rooms even though i tried to tell that its now what we booked, later that night around 23:00 they came up and told us that we got the wrong room and we needed to move.
