Very beautiful and well-known residence on Patong, completely renovated in 2024, offers you a comfortable and quiet life as well as close proximity to all the centers of interest in Patong.
The residence itself has one of the largest swimming pools in the country.350 m2 on a 2000 m2 wooded park.
it is not necessary to get a vehicle, the access to the best point of Patong beach is only 600 meters from the residence.De many touc touc or taxi will offer you their services at all hours of the day and night if you do not want to walk too long.

Appartement non fonctionnel lors de notre arrivée.Décevant,vieux, défraîchi, travaux tellement c'était usé ,et, bruyant car situé sur une grande route avec perpétuel contrôles de police.Les photos mises sur le site datent d'au moins 15 ans...

Very tired looking apartment- Avoid at all costs

The apartment is in good location with security facilities . But we were disappointed at the apartment where everything was a miss mash no colour combination -very tired looking - seems like the owner has put furniture wherever he can buy and placed it in the place without modernising it. On our first night we found the soft mattress very uncomfortable to sleep in as we kept tumbling in the centre- so requested the owner to change it but he got very aggressive- I would avoid this place as the owner does not seem to understand his duty of care .
