When arriving staff was very friendly , Wasn’t the problem. Had to keep calling for 1.5 hours to get mini fridge unlocked the first night. TV volume was very low even though went up to said “50” Had to call and wait for drinking water. Breakfast was mediocre, ordered a waffle and waited almost 20 minutes then couldn’t even cut into it, then a cook said will make it again in 13 minutes then changed and said he can make it 5 minutes , like really? . Very small restaurant especially for breakfast, had to wait to get a table, then tables were cramped together. Staff focused more on the “political parties/news” than the normal guest actually paying. Menus not including foreigners dietary requirements even if “less spicy” Spa: massage oils very cold so freeze when applied. The room was great. The shower was mediocre because minimum amount of hot water. Positive: “Angela” greeter was the absolute best. For amount of money this place charges it’s probably best to not stay during political dates just saying.

The hotel itself was amazing, and the staff, great. It was a TERRIBLE experience trying to arrive to the hotel. There was a parade that night and it was truly unsafe for us to get there. You could tell people were drunk in the streets, poor street lights and no help at all from the locals. Very rude with directions. When trying to make it through the gates, security was really confused and sent us the wrong way multiple times.

Really nice hotel. A gem of a hotel in Patna. Exceeded our expectation. Superb service. We stayed for 6 nights and did not deel like going out except when attending a wedding outside or meeting relatives.
