My job requires to travel a lot. I've been too many countries and stayed in many hotels. I've seen bad and luxury hotels and bad and good employees, but I've never seen anyone as terrible as the woman working at this hotel. You have to experience that to understand. When I arrived for check in I parked my car than, she came by runing and close to me 30 cm front door of the hotel , looking very angry, very upset, and terrifying, told me you occupied of two cars place. I told her only for 10 minutes than l leave, because only my car avaiable in parking place.She said "Good morning" at breakfast, and then for about 10 seconds, she stared me in the eyes, terrifyingly, from the doorway of the breakfast room. I didn't have any problems with the hotel itself. But this woman, whether she was an employee or the owner, I don't know, was very unpleasant.

Ich hatte ein wirklich schönes Zimmer. Leider war der Empfang schrecklich. Seit 11 Jahren im Außendienst wurde ich noch nie so unfreundlich beim einchecken behandelt. Trotzdem mein Zimmer wirklich schön war, werde ich hier nie wieder absteigen

Hier vorhandene neg. Bewertungen zum Personal machen keinen Sinn da niemand wegen Personal irgendwo bucht. Die Lage und Möglichkeiten ist entscheidend. Ich reise viel beruflich in der gesamten Region und das war ein Ausweichquartier. Es gibt keine Versorgung abends im Hotel zum grossen Teil der Woche ergänzt durch fehlende Wasserkocher / Kühlschrank / Getränkeautomaten. Der Ort ist dito verwaist. So stehen Fahrten von 10-15 min je Richtung in umliegende Orte für Einkauf/Gastro an. In diesen Orten sind dann aber abdolut gleich- bis höherwertige Landgasthöfe vorhanden bzw. kann man dann gleich küstennah reichhaltig aus Hotels / Gastro / Einkauf wählen fussläufig nach meinen Erfahrungen. Da die Zimmerpreise aber sich natürlich an den anderen Hotels regional logischerweiseorientieren - sind sie eigentlich 20-30% zu teuer nach meinem Empfinden und den bisherigen sehr positiven alternativen Erfahrungen in der gesamten Region. In diesem Zusammenhang könnte man sich persönlich eher die gesonderte Empfehlung seitens Varta hinterfragen vor einer Buchung - einfach weil es die umliegenden Hotels etwas fraglich degradiert nach meinem Empfinden zumindest. Für mich wäre das Hotel bei einer ggfs. private Reise für eine Nacht nutzbar. Eher Ort & Hotel & Teich am Wochenende mit geöffneter Gastro zu Kaffee- und Kuchenzeiten nützlich. Das kann ich mir gut vorstellen dort.

Trevligt hotell,på landet vid en sjö. Bra rum, rent, sköna sängar, bra frukost som serverades vid bordet, ingen buffé, Gratis parkering. Kunde ha varit en trevligare möte när vi anlände, fick en uppläxning hur man parkerade, och när man frågade om igen om om vissa saker, sa hon att det hade hon talat om. Men ser i tidigare recensioner att det är flera som råkat ut för det bemötandet. Men bortser man för det, så var det ett bra hotell. Nära med bil in till Kiel och Laboe.

Hyggeligt sted med utrolig dårlig attitude!

Vi skulle fire dage til Kiel og en nat blev på “Fischerwiege” i Passade. Ankomst kl. 18.00, med ‘indgang det forkerte’ sted påpeget af en tydelig fortravlet/stresset hoteldame, der gav alskens oplysninger, men vi skulle udfylde gæsteblanketten. Vi tænkte; stakkels kvinde - hun er fortravlet! Dagen efter gjorde det sig fortsat gældende. Speedtalk og dårlig attitude overfor os. Om det er fordi vi er danske vides ikke? Vi taler flydende tysk, så det burde ikke ligge der… De indfødte gæster blev talt helt anderledes med og der blev ‘snakket talket’. Det behøver vi ikke - men smil på læben, et ‘god morgen’ og alt det, som man kan forvente, som et absolut minimum, var ikke til stede! Stedet er okay og meget rent. Det ligger fint ned til en sø. Morgenmaden er servering til bordet - blødkogte æg er så desværre hårdkogte. Ganske vist var det her et “tilbud” til kun godt 550,- for en overnatning til ti, der kunne have været så fin og hyggelig omkring 12 km uden for Kiel. Men attituden overfor os gør, at vi aldrig kommer igen og desværre på ingen måde kan eller vil anbefale andre stedet.

Mir hat es dort gut gefallen, schönes Zimmer, ruhig, Frühstück fand ich auch ausreichend und lecker, auch wenn es kein Buffet war. Abendessen von Donnerstag bis Sonntag war auch gut. Allerdings sei gesagt das ich generell keine Nörglerin bin und meist zufrieden. Auch akzeptiere ich die unterschiedlichsten Charaktereigenschaften, damit hatten andere Gäste anscheinend Probleme.Ich komme gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft auf dem Land

Das Haus ist richtig schön - sowohl von innen (schön renoviert) als auch von außen. Die Lage am See ist reizvoll. Die jungen Servicekräfte beim Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr freundlich. Vielleicht könnte die Chefin noch etwas mehr Herzlichkeit ausstrahlen. Wir haben uns jedenfalls wohlgefühlt.

Kurzurlaub

Haben ein schönes Wochenende in der Unterkunft gehabt, wir waren mit allem zufrieden die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und versucht alles zu ermöglichen einen schönen Aufenthalt zuhaben ,das Restaurant ist klasse und das Essen schmeckt sehr gut 👍, werden wenn wir auf der Ecke sind immer wieder eingucken,Danke für das schöne Wochenende.
