Located on the desirable west side of downtown Paso Robles is this wonderful 1918 Craftsman home. This home is located just 5 blocks from the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. Enjoy the large fenced yard with hot tub and expansive outdoor areas. Under the Oaks is the perfect destination, as have the entire property to yourselves. House has a full kitchen, living + dining areas and one bedroom.

Living Space:

This home features a western decor in this craftsman style living space. The living room has leather couch & chair and features a Smart TV.

The kitchen is Fully-stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker as well as an Nespresso espresso machine, are provided for your morning pick me up.

The Bedroom has a King size bed and a 50” Smart TV.

The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower. There is a full size washer and dryer.

Outdoor Areas:

The outdoor backyard space is fully fenced and features a large open space with spa, seating area and fire pit. Grill it up on the gas BBQ.

Additional Amenities

We are DOG-friendly with a Fifty dollar per pet fee. Maximum pet allowance is 2.  Failure to disclose pet and pay the fee will result in a Five Hundred Dollar additional fine. Guests are required to clean up after their pets.  Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the place looked, how clean it was and how easy it was to get in. It was better than we expected and very close to downtown and restaurants. There was plenty of offstreet. parking and the neighborhood felt very safe.

As described, a cute and quaint home nestled under the oaks built in 1918. All features to have a comfortable stay on site. Hot tub, fire put, and spacious fenced in backyard complemented us and our pooch. No issues at all, directions for use easy and applicable. Quiet neighborhood was complimentary to our stay. Comfortable spot in the heart of Paso Robles

My wife and I were very comfortable in this house right in the heart of Paso Robles. The house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well laid out and we made several good meals with local ingredients. Backyard space was also great. Off street parking was a real plus.

great place

Lovely little house that we adore. This was our second stay at this adorable little craftsman home. It is updated with great amenities throughout and a very comfortable king bed with excellent pillows and bedding. Really a lovely little place. The only reason for the overall 4 star rating (mostly 5 star in all other aspects) was due to problems with the wifi and tv in the front room, and a new building going up right behind the house. They did stop work (and thus noise) before 4pm, and did not start up again until after 8am the next day, but it has made what was once a peaceful backyard where you could lie in the hammock and stare up at the trees and the sky, into a place where there feels like there is no privacy in the backyard due to the looming new building. The owner did respond immediately to us about the tv issue, and came over to try and troubleshoot. I am sure too that she will try and make the backyard more private once the building behind the house is done. We still highly recommend this house.

Cute cozy place!

This was great for what we needed. There was just 2 of us and a small dog. The bedroom is tight, with little space for luggage, but there is a nice closet to hang things if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook meals easily! The backyard is fully fenced but there are some areas where the fence doesn’t hit the ground so a small dog needs to be watched so they don’t get out. The location was great for us! Overall a great stay!
