Private: outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. 3.5 km long motor access to 300 m from the house (via unmade road). Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 9.6 km. Please note: private mooring, on request. House situated on the southern shore of Pasman island, in the bay of Landjin, near the Kornati archipelago (national park). Parking at the owner´s house in Kraj. On request, in advance, the owner delivers groceries.
3-room house 45 m2. Simple and practical furnishings: 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen-/living room (2 hot plates) with 1 sofabed. Sep. WC. No heating option. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea and the countryside. Please note: private mooring. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Power provided by solar energy (220 volts, 1 kW). Possible to charge cell phone or notebook. Rain water only (tank). Outside, solar shower only.
