"Clean room ,great breakfast , the lady running the front desk needs to retire. The check in staff evening staff fantastic. Morning lady not so much an she needs to check how loud she speaks . She might be nice still no receipt yet no return on my insadental deposit. Thank you "

"The room was clean however the HVAC system was noisy when running. I contacted the front desk and they did a great job at handling the issue. We were moved into another room although the hotel was well booked. All other amenities were great."

"No elevators in the building, I was put on the second floor , I wasn’t asked if they can help with luggage up to the 2nd floor. The hotel is noisy and doors were slamming all night. You can clearly hear people in the next room. "
