Stay in a brand-new townhouse! Enjoy a spacious, dedicated first-floor suite, including secure bedroom (queen bed, walk-in closet), full bath, and living area (full bed, futon sofa, TV, dining table). Fully equipped kitchen and 1/2 bathroom (2nd floor, rarely shared with two busy engineers), laundry (3nd floor) available. The bedroom is lockable inside and outside; only third floor has security cameras. Ideal location: 15 min to BWI, 20 min to NSA, Annapolis, Baltimore; 40 min to DC.

First Floor (dedicated, no cameras):
Lockable bedroom with queen bed and private walk-in closet, full bathroom, spacious living room with 1 full bed, 1 futon sofa, 1 queen mattress, TV, dresser, dining/study table, 6 chairs, and coffee maker. Comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Maximum 7 guests with small charge after 4 guests.

Second Floor (shared, no cameras):
Fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, shared with the host and another engineer. Both of us work in One of Fortune’s Most Innovative Companies.

Third Floor (shared, security cameras installed):
Laundry area. No privacy! Please be advised that you are sharing this house with two engineers who live in this floor.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Great location but horrible noise level AT the property as well as someone else’s hair in the carpets in our room. The property manager communicated well, however, we shouldn’t have had to ask on more than one occasion for his tenant to stop playing his game so loudly at night. We also shouldn’t have had someone else hair in our room and on our belongings. Would not stay again.
