Located between the towns of Alcamo and Balestrate, it is easily accessible. Strategically situated away from the hustle and bustle of town centers, surrounded by greenery yet only 6 km from the beautiful beach of Balestrate, 9 km from the “City of Wine” of Alcamo, 7 km from Partinico, a 15-minute drive from Castellammare del Golfo and Terrasini (well-known tourist destinations on the neighboring coast), and about a 20-minute drive from the famous seaside resorts of: “Zingaro Nature Reserve” and the ancient “Tonnara di Scopello.” The fully renovated property consists of an entrance leading to a spacious hallway, a double bedroom with a balcony, and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
