Here, time slows down. Your days begin with birdsong and are measured by sunlight, not the clock. In the evenings, enjoy the peaceful sounds of cicadas and distant waves. This is more than just a house—it's a feeling.



The space

The villa features a kitchen with Sicilian tiles, dining area, spacious covered porch for outdoor dining and lounging, two bedrooms (one double, one that can be set up as single or double), bathroom with large shower, mezzanine with a sofa bed (one and a half size), outdoor shower, and barbecue area. The property also offers an exclusive 10x5 meter saltwater pool, perfect for relaxing on summer days. The pool is available from early April to October.
