Escape to a rare Ozark retreat on 28 private acres with roughly a quarter-mile of privately owned Little Buffalo River frontage — a custom passive-solar glass home by solar architect James Lambeth. Hear the river from inside. Main-house: glass-and-wood living, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, hot tub, fire pit, porch, grill, decks near Jasper. Little Buffalo on property; Buffalo National River floats are a drive away. River levels vary. Guest house and barn not included. The river is an easy 5-minute walk from the house.

OFF-ROADING & TRAILS: The 28 acres include private mowed trails winding through the woods — bring your own ATV, UTV, or side-by-side and ride right here on the property. Guests bringing off-road units: a valid driver's license and a signed liability waiver are required, with a limit on units, so just message us to arrange it before your stay.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub.
