the first 2 nights my room was very cold the hvac system was not working . I was staying in New Jersey the outside temperature was 15 degrees. i was changed to another room for rest of my stay. i did find that to be inconvenient . I had to pack and unpack again. i am 77 Years old and it was very hard on me.
