Keys don’t work— gotta check with the front desk multiple times. Poor cleanliness. Alright staff. Good parking. On a winter night you have to walk outside for a while to be able to find your room after leaving the front desk.

Unfortunately it was not like other Quality Inns I have been to. The mattress had some sort of plastic on which caused us to sweat a lot while sleeping! There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room; which I had before at other locations, and there was a dog next to our room that bark at everything; so we got to hear that all night and day!!
