Arrived an hour after check-in at 3, and our room was not ready. The front desk staff member offered to downgrade us to a double room after we mentioned it was our anniversary. We went to Target for an hour while we waited for our room to be ready (which was now 2 hours after check-in time). Eventually got the room we paid for, and it was GREAT! Lots of room! The breakfast was alright, nothing special. For a quick stop and a nice sleep, this is great. For families, I would choose a different place.
