We've booked a suite, and the room is like apartment-size. Comfortable king bed. Blackout curtains. Kitchenette. Breakfast is decent but same food everyday. The only complaint is there's a hum all night long, probably from the elevator.

I used to travel a lot on business. I typically stayed in higher end hotels, but for Holiday Inn, I think the accommodations were quite good. The room was clean, the bed, sheets, pillows, blanket were all just right. It was also quite during a busy time, which is unusual. That staff was great, helpful, and friendly. Shout out to Lucia (I think), she worked in the breakfast dining area keeping thins stocked and cleaning up. She's a keeper for you guys!

Great stay

From check-in to check-out this hotel was great. I stayed here back in 2019 when I was working in Tuxedo Park NY, and after a rash of other hotels letting my wife and I down since the plague of 2020 I found my way back here. This hotel is a ~45 minute drive from my destination (NY Renaissance Faire) but it is worth it. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The parking was safe, well lit and clean. We'll be back in October for closing weekend of the Faire, and likely next year too. Please keep up the good work.

Stay away

Light switch was caked with dirt. Lock was not working properly and door had to be manipulated to get the blot to close. Microwave didn't work and had to be lifted out of its cubby to plug it in. Toilet sprayed when flushing like a bidet. Pet free hotel had a bus-load of patrons with at least one loud dog checking in. Charge outlets were insufficient.
