I was checking in with 2 SDiTs and had noted and given the company I work through information well before checking as SDiTs do not yet have certificates. I was given attitude by the owner who ultimately relented but I had 2 consecutive stays booked as it was questionable how long we’d be there but weather delayed some trainings. I got a call the day the next reservation should start and was told they didn’t want the dogs on property even though the problem

I am a frequent business and vacation traveler, and I expect a pleasant stay when booking a 3 star hotel. Unfortunately, my recent experience at your property was very disappointing and far below the advertised standard. We arrived late at night and were informed that the rooms with kitchenettes were only located on the second floor, with no elevator access. At 70 years old, with knee problems, carrying heavy luggage up the stairs was extremely difficult and painful. The condition of the rooms was unacceptable: • The bathtub drain was clogged. • The bathtub had no shower curtain. • Soap dispensers were placed on top of sink, empty. • We found cockroaches in the room. We have pictures of the place. • The phone in the room was out of service, making it impossible to contact the front desk. Additionally, the kitchenette was misleadingly advertised. It contained only a stove, with no dishes, utensils, soap, or sponges provided, making it unusable for preparing meals. Because my wife, young children, and I were staying in two rooms, the lack of basic amenities and the inconvenience of repeatedly going back and forth to the reception desk made the situation even more frustrating. This experience does not reflect the quality or comfort expected of a 3 star hotel. I kindly request that you review these issues and take corrective action to ensure future guests do not face similar problems. I also ask for appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort we endured. Rodrigo

Hotel was pretty run down. It was clean but needs to be maintained better. The staff at check in was great but at check out was busy looking at videos on his phone. Ringing the bell didn’t even snap him to attention.

On Oct 2, 2025, I tried to check in for our party of 3 which included my mother-in-law who is disabled. The Indian gentleman at the counter assigned us a room on the 2nd floor. When we explained our mother cannot walk up the stairs because she is disabled and is using a walker, he said there were no vacant rooms on the first floor and they have no elevators. After a long discussion he finally agreed to refund our money. Although we did not specifically request a handicap room, I believe this establishment is in serious violation of the ADA Law. Their building is at least 2 floors and there is no notice in Travelocity that they do not have elevators. They provide no handicap access to their rooms specifically the ones on the upper floors. I will be seeking legal counsel to explore legal action and will also write the NJ Atty General to inform them of this hotel's alleged ADA violations.
