SOMNIO ESTATE manages this traditional three-level maisonette is located in a residential area of Naoussa, just a 5-minute walk from the lively center, offering unobstructed views and a quiet, authentic island atmosphere.

A short flight of stairs leads to the private entrance of the maisonette, which is arranged over three internal levels.

The entrance level features a comfortable living room, a guest WC, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious balcony, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the open views. The upper level includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, and two small private balconies. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined into a queen-size bed, as well as an armchair that converts into a single bed.

The lower level provides additional privacy and includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a laundry room.

Guests have access to a shared parking area, with one designated parking space reserved exclusively for the maisonette. On the same level as the parking lot, there is a separate private residence with its own independent entrance, occupied by a private owner and not available for rent.
