On the ground floor, which is about 100 sq.m, there is the main house and on the first floor, which is about 40 sq.m, the second guest house. In this villa you can find peace, tranquility and appreciate nature. It is situated about 8 km away from Parikia, the port of Paros and only 1.5 km away from the ferry to Antiparos. From every aspect of the house one can enjoy a majestic view of the Aegean Sea, the island of Antiparos, the channel with numerous yachts and the well known to surfers, wind and kite surfing spot of Pounta. Beautiful view and colorful sunsets are overwhelming. An air of elegance combines the contemporary aesthetics with the traditional Cycladic design in a unique and sophisticated way.
Entering the bigger property you find a spacious open plan area combining living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, giving a modern atmosphere. It consists of two five seat corner sofas, one of which opens up into double bed if needed.

Two apartments in the house

What was described as a house was in reality two apartments, we had on the top floor the owner staying at the same time as us. Our terrasse was on the windy side of the house, which is cool but can be disturbing for dinner or lunch outside.
