Outdoor Area

The outdoor areas of ESTIA have been designed to blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings.

The private outdoor courtyard is divided into two areas, both offering privacy and relaxation: one at the rear of the property, where the entrance to the villa is located, and one at the front, around the swimming pool.

The private swimming pool, with its stunning views of the Aegean Sea, is surrounded by sun loungers and features a spacious pergola, perfect for relaxing on sunny days by the pool.

A large marble table with shade and plenty of space, located directly in front of the pool, is ideal for breakfast, lunch, dinner or working outdoors.

You will also find a gas barbecue in the rear part of the property, within your own private courtyard.
Interior

The interiors of ESTIA are a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, simplicity and traditional design.

The house offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, finished with high-quality materials, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

If you would like to leave the privacy of your villa for a while, we highly recommend visiting Lolantonis Beach, which is less than a 10-minute walk from your luxury villa in Paros.

It is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on Paros, distinguished by its unique, sheltered location and crystal-clear waters. You will find both natural shaded areas and a beach bar there.
