With 35 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates two people with a double sleeper sofa.



It is located just a short walk from both the city center and the Torre delle Medicine Hospital, only a 4-minute walk away.

The residential area is well-served by amenities such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.



Paid parking is available in the blue-line zones right outside the building.



The interior layout is as follows:



LIVING AREA. Relaxation area with a double sofa bed, 32" TV, and dining table. Split-system air conditioning.

KITCHENETTE. Five-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, toaster and electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and moka pot, conventional oven and microwave, dishwasher, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils. Dining table. Split-system air conditioning.



BATHROOM. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, and sink; washing machine and hair dryer.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Parma train station is a 12-minute ride by public transit.

Take bus no. 6 from the Via Spezia Molinetto stop to the Parma Stazione stop.



The airport is 30 minutes away by public transportation.

Take bus no. 6 from the Via Spezia Molinetto stop and continue to the Parma Airport stop.



You can park on the street in front of the house in paid blue-line parking spaces.

In the surrounding streets, just a few minutes’ walk away, you can park on the street in white-line spaces for free.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Check-in may be completed starting at 3:00 PM, either in person or via self-check-in.

The method to be used, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.

If you check in late (after 9:00 PM) in person, the following rates will apply:

- From 21:00 - 23:00- €25.00

- From 23:00 - 24:00 - €30.00

- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - €40.00
