Hotel needs work

I had stayed at this hotel years ago when it was an Amerihost. It looked like the hotel had not been updated since then. The carpet in the room was filthy and the furniture was worn. The bathroom fixtures were all corroded. Everything need updated.

I thought I made a good choice to stay at the quality inn but the pool heater wasn't working, 1 of rooms the room stunk like mildew, the mirrors were dirty, the housekeeper decided to yell at my kids about a towel because her bathing suit bled on the towel and breakfast wasn't good. This has got to be the worst experience staying in a hotel. Most hotels are accommodating but not this one. I will not be back.

This is an older motel in a convenient area of Vienna that needs updating. Our room was very humid and smelled of chlorine. The staff was very helpful and so kind to folks at the morning breakfast.

Terrible.

There was no water. The toilets was brokwn. No washcloths. It smelled and had roaches. They made sure we for 2 rooms because of protocol and regulations but didn’t care about no water or poor conditions of room. There was always a worker standing by our room listening in. They charged me 2times on separate cards. He said the first one didn’t take but it did. Had to leave and get a new room. Waiting for refund

The two female receptionist were very friendly, breakfast was nice, and the bed was comfortable. There were a few spots on the sheets and towels. Unless you specifically ask for room service (new sheets, towels, etc) they will not come into the room. If you are handicapped, please make sure you ask for the ground floor. The hotel does not have an elevator.

The stay at this quality inn was terrible. The room had not been cleaned, holes in the towels, stains on the rug throughout the hotel, terrible breakfast. DO NOT STAY.

One of the worst stays in a long time. Room had a mild/air freshener/cleaner smell that was offensive. Had to by a room sanitizer to try and survive the night. Toilet seat was broken, bathroom faucet was caked with something unidentifiable, desk chair was dirty, etc. I will be avoiding Quality Inns for future reservations! Expedia should remove this hotel from your offerings.

Nice place, bad communication, amazing front desk

This is a great hotel. However, if u dont book with credit card make sure u bring $250 for a cash deposit refundable at end of stay. My fridge didnt work no freezer n fridge either. Poor communication with staff no English. Emptied own trash and got new towels everyday from housekeeping. I was 23min late checking out due to cleaning room up and having to fill coolers with ice. When i went to checkout and get deposit back.and was charged $35 for late checkout. Smh
