2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Absolutely horrible! The host never responded to my questions regarding check in. My family drove 1,600 mile only to be sent a message 15 mins before check in that they cancelled our reservation. No real reason just that it was no longer available. After a while they have an automated response that it was due to the age of occupants. Their listing states ages 0 and up. When I asked for clarification I never received a response. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother hoping you get the house you reserved.

Host canceled booking within less than 4 hours to check in. Had a horrible experience with finding somewhere else at this 11th hour. From the reviews this is not the first time that this has happened with this property. I was told it could take up to 15 days for me to receive the refund. I am definitely not satisfied and very upset
