We stayed for the night so we didn’t have to do the drive back to Salt Lake late at night after family events. Our room was clean, our beds were comfy, nothing fancy but it’s such a great nightly deal. We felt so good here we are staying again this next weekends! 🙌

I was fearful after reading other reviews, but my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The internet was weak and yeas the hot water took a long time to get to my room, but for the price, I as happy.

The place was clean, good beds, the pillows were not great. The place was quiet and in a convenient location. We stsyed one night to be close to Park City surgery center. Was a good option to avoid the high prices of Park City.

Chepest place to crash in Heber. Not fantastic, but decent. No breakfast, so you might want to spend a bit more somewhere else and get some grub. But this place is bare bones good.

We’ve stayed here several times in the past because it was relatively inexpensive but have disappointed with things broke and not working. They seemed to have improved significantly. Only problem we had was it took 5 minutes to get the shower hot.

We reserved a room with a king bed for 4 nights. The day we checked in they said the person who was in our room previously wanted to stay another week so they let him stay and gave our room to them. The only option left for us was a queen size bed. My husband is 6’4. This was very disappointing.

Didn't stay at the Inn. Wasn't impressed with the front desk's lack of communication. Rang door bell several times to inform them I would be checking in later that day. No response. Upon arrival I didn't feel comfortable staying there. I made other accommodations for the evening.

A great deal for a basic room - clean, as expected mostly. Only issue we had was very poor drainage in the bathroom (room #110). Water pooled across the whole tile floor immediately, and it was VERY slippery. Shower needs a retaining wall or much better spray curtain.

I was in unit 106. All the towel bars near the sink were gone. Simply missing. Toiletries were terrible. The soap bars were insufficient to bathe two bodies. The shampool was insufficient for a bald person. Television is in the room but they expect you to use your PRIME membership with Amazon to be able to watch anything good. Netflicks and YouTube were all they had. Disappointing. Definitely clean.

Computers were down and manager out of town so the office worker made a copy of my credit card. I’m still freaking out about that. Refrigerator was broken and it took them three days to replace it. I room was never cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels. Only one working lightbulb in the bathroom

the rooms are in need of a remodel. The toilet didn't seem to flush properly. The room had only one main light bulb. The bathroom had 2 functioning light bulbs and two not working. The refrigerator can be accidently turned off by flipping a switch near door. The carpet was very dirty and in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. The only good things about the room was the beds were clean, comfortable and the entertainment selection had access to most streaming services.
