Brilliant stay at ze hotel had all amenities and even had things you didn't even realise you needed! Very friendly staff and felt very safe and secure with someone always on reception. Good location, there's a bakery and convenience store around the corner.

An average hotel that for some unknown reason got a 4-star rating which forces you to pay a high city-tax. This is a 2-3 star hotel, no more. The biggest perk is definitely the breakfast that compared with other hotels in the same price class, is much better. The two ladies that served the breakfast was very sweet and kind as well. The hotel seems to rely on keeping manual copies of your passport and credit card number, which didn’t feel very safe at all. Otherwise, the cleaning was fine, rooms were fine, staff was fine.

First off, STAFF WAS AMAZING! We arrived early and KAMEL, another gentleman, and Rose took extra care of us. Above and beyond. It felt as if we were in their home. Hotel is super nice. Room was great. Area was great. I would most definitely go back because of how well we were treated by the staff. Thank you!!

I had a fantastic stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. They let me leave my luggage early in the morning and when I came back to pick up something my room was ready way ahead of schedule. Only downside was that the toilet placement made it awkward to do my business but that’s probably more to do with my Australia sized behind.

Lovely room and very comfy bed, slept very well. Twice had to wait on the street though as front door was locked and had to ring bell and wait several minutes for staff to open up. Shower was nice and hot but screen was only about a foot long so plenty water on the floor - Bottle of wine that was meant to come with booking also never materialised- good value for location
