Stayed for 6 days with my kid on our spring break trip to Paris. Wanted to experience The Parisian apartments. Keep in mind endo of March/early April still cold out. So I prepared for early check in. Arrived at 1 pm and what do I see? Room is super cold no heat whatsoever. Black garbage bag with previous tenant dirty sheets is laying on the floor . Floor is super cold, entire apartment is cold. Tried to figure out heating situation. Electric heater didn't work. Had to email the management company.got response that they contacted local Paris contractor. Heard some people outside decided to talk to them. The lady apparently the one who either cleans it or a.suoer to entire building ( I was not clear about it). So she got that bag out and told us she'll bring working heater and extra blankets. We left to tour around Paris. Came back around 8 . Heater was there. Had to wait to warm the place up. Texted her about blankets. Didn't hear back until 930. The delivery guy brought it around 1045pm ( we went to sleep in our clothes) . Bathroom had a moldy smell and molds around toilet and ceiling. Sink didn't drain well. Poor lighting condition. One lamp didn't work Shelf was broken. Squeaky bed( every turn you wake up). Poor noice isolation ( every activity outside feels like is happening next to you in the room) also train( floor vibrates). Pros location, near 2 metro lines, walking distance to Montmartre, near stores pharmacy markets restaurants. I have photos if needed..

Apartamento pequeño pero funcional en patio del edificio. Cama grande y cómoda. Cocina pequeña pero equipada. Falta escurreplatos. Buena ubicación, en barrio animado con supermercados cercanos y buen transporte en metro y buses. Tranquilo pero se notan vibraciones del metro durante el día y ruido cuando el portero saca los cubos de basura a las 5:00

Ce logement est parfait pour un WE ( accès top sécurisation top proche métro et Montmartre) le seul bémol a signaler les vrombissements du métro mais après une journée de marche la fatigue prend le dessus et on dort très bien

Points positifs :Chambre très sécurisée et fonctionnelle dans une rue calme bien située entre Place de Clichy et la Fourche, au tout début des Batignolles et à proximité de Montmartre.La procédure d'arrivée est parfaitement expliquée. Les deux portes blindées sont très sécurisantes.Les commodités sont appréciables : literie OK, petit coin cuisine. Salle de bain un peu minimaliste et vieillotte, mais suffisante pour quelques nuits.Propreté OK mais il ne faudrait pas moins.La procédure d'arrivée est très bien expliquée.En revanche, plusieurs points négatifs :- Impossibilité d'avoir l'obscurité la nuit. Nous avons dû faire les acrobates pour coincer un tote bag dans l'interstice de la fenêtre de toit afin de pouvoir dormir sans la lumière dans les yeux... Ce n'est pas très sérieux.- Vibrations du métro toutes les 3-4 minutes aux heures de pointe. Avec des boules Quies on peut tout de même dormir, mais pas idéal.- Poubelles (tri/verre) juste devant la porte, bruits de verre à 9h le matin.- Malgré la ventilation importante, légère odeur d'humidité quand on rentre, qui oblige à aérer régulièrement.
