The accommodation
This pleasant and bright apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a secure building with elevator, offering comfortable and convenient access. It has been designed to guarantee a stay that is as pleasant as it is functional.
You will have a beautiful bedroom equipped with a spacious double bed, ideal for calm and restful nights. The living room, warm and welcoming, includes a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two additional people.�PGJyPgThe modern and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals with ease, whether for a quiet breakfast or a dinner after a day of Parisian discovery. Located in one of the most sought-after areas of Paris, the apartment benefits from a refined and serene environment. In the immediate vicinity, you will find renowned bakeries, quality shops, typical cafes and many restaurants to discover French gastronomy.
Walks through the elegant streets of the district will quickly lead you to emblematic places such as the Trocadero, the Bois de Boulogne or the Avenue Victor Hugo. Public transportation is just a few minutes away and you can easily reach the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Élysées or the Arc de Triomphe.

- CHECK IN:
Check-in is with a reception agent who will be happy to welcome you and introduce you to the apartment.
You can leave your luggage before the official check-in time, from 11:00 am, subject to availability.

For late arrivals:
- Between 20:00 and 22:00, an additional charge will be requested via the platform.
- Between 22:00 and 00:00, an amount of €30 will be requested via the platform.
- After midnight, a supplement of €10 per hour will be applied.

Included services:
- Bed linen and towels provided for optimal comfort.
- Our professional cleaning team prepares the apartment before your arrival, to
guarantee you a clean and welcoming space.

Other services not included:
- We can provide you with a cot and a high chair on request (72 hours in advance and a supplement of 15€ will be applied for the cot.)
- Additional housekeeping can be arranged during your stay if required.
- Airport pick-up and drop-off is available on request, to be booked at least 72 hours in advance.

HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 with a receptionist. If check-in is after 20:00, a surcharge of €20 will be charged upon arrival, and this surcharge will increase to 30€ from 22:00.
- A surcharge of €50 will be charged if you leave the apartment after the allowed time.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment or leave cigarette butts inside. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a fee of 150€ to 300€ will be required.
- If you need an additional key, an extra charge of 20€ will be required. A deposit will also be required to guarantee the return of this second key.
- In case of loss of keys, a replacement fee may be applied, ranging from 100€ to 500€, depending on the type of key.
- If you want a cot or a high chair will be on request before 72H, with an extra charge of 15 Euro.
- We ask you to respect the quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. If this rule is not respected, a fee equivalent to the deposit may be charged. Getting around:
- Arrival from airports:
From Charles de Gaulle (CDG): Take the RER B towards Paris, change at the Saint-Michel - Notre-Dame station, then take the C line towards Pontoise and get off at the Avenue Henri-Martin station, located a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
From Orly (ORY): Take line 14 to Saint-Lazare, then line 9 towards Pont de Sèvres to Rue de la Pompe station. Then, walk about 10 minutes to the apartment.
