Große Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für 4-5 Personen. Einrichtung ok, in die Jahre gekommen. Zustand von Sanitär und Elektrik lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig - Sanierungsbedarf.Zur Wohnung gehört ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage - für Vans und große SUVs nicht nutzbar! Die annocierten 2 Besucherparkplätze innerhalb der abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage waren dauerhaft belegt - Fahrzeug musste auf der kostenlosen, aber öffentlichen Straße abgestellt werden. Auch hier muss ein freier Platz aber erst gefunden werden.Bäcker ums Eck und an der nahen (5 Min.) Metrostation. Fahrt bis in Zentrum ca. 40 Minuten - erträglich.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Vermieter meldet sich nicht mit den benötigten Zugangsdaten( Türcode). Telefonisch und per Mail nicht zu erreichen. Erst später eine Info bekommen. Angeblich sei die Email mit dem Türcode nicht rausgegangen. Da hatte ich bereits eine andere Unterkunft gebucht und bezahlt. Da ich 2 Kinder dabei hatte ( eins davon schwerbehindert) konnte ich nicht länger warten. Auf meine Rückzahlung warte ich immer noch. Vom Vermieter keine weitere Nachricht.

Appartamento fantastico con posizione ottimale

Check-in perfetto considerando che siamo arrivati in appartamento di sera tardi. Casa con posizione ottimale sulla metro 8 collegata con altre linee metro e RER. A due passi dell'uscita metro creteil università. Doppia entrata comoda, bar ad angolo con caffè buonissimo. Auchan poco distante raggiungibile anche da pullman con fermata vicina se si acquista acqua o altro pesante. Per qualunque necessità risposta immediata. Grazie per tutto, super consigliato!

Logement

La localisation est très bien, dans une residence sécurisée et facile pour stationner. Le logement est correct, dans son jus, avec peut-être 1 couchage sur 3 à revoir. Quelques petits détails d'entretien (plomberie/Électricité) mais un bon rapport qualité/prix. Communication un peu difficile avec la concierge?proprio? Temps de réponse trop long par l'application. Malgré cela nous pourrions y revenir. Merci
