Located on the same floor, each apartment (2 in total) has:

- 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm)
- 1 fully equipped and furnished kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, electric hob, cutlery, pots...)
- 1 comfortable living room which also offers a dining area, and a sofa bed for 2 people
- 1 shower room with WC
- 1 balcony

In total: 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 fitted kitchens, 2 shower rooms, 2 balconies

For your comfort, you will have:
- Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room
- High-speed Wi-Fi.
- Towels and bed linen
- 2 parking spaces

Other remarks
- This apartment does not accept parties: a significant fee will apply if guests do not respect this.

- In case of a complaint from our neighbours or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, with no refund possible.

- On the day of your arrival: Check-in is usually from 15.00 to 20.00 and check-out is at 11:00 at the latest.
Attention!! : For any entry between 20.00 and 22:00, a supplement of 30 euros will be requested. For any entry after 22.00, an additional 50 euros will be requested. No check-in possible after 23:00

- Upon arrival, we will ask you for an official ID with the first and last name that appears on your reservation in order to prevent any fraud.

- Final cleaning is included, but we ask that the accommodation be returned in a correct condition, i.e. dishes cleaned and garbage discarded.

- Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. Other infants must be added as a "child".

- The sofa bed is prepared for groups of more than 5 travelers. If you need the sofa bed and your group has less than 4 people, you will need to make the request at the time of your reservation.
