Welcome to our charming home, a true haven of peace ideally located for your summer getaway. This magnificent home offers a spacious and comfortable space, perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 12 people.

The house consists of two separate Airbnb units that can be booked separately, but when combined, they offer an ideal space for large groups or large families. With two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms and toilets, five warm bedrooms and a spacious living room, everyone will be able to enjoy their own space while sharing moments of conviviality.

The real gem of our home is its large garden, where you can have barbecues in the summer, relax in the sun or play with your children. In addition, one bedroom has a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, adding a touch of magic to your stay, while another bedroom has a balcony adorned with beautiful bonsai trees, creating a peaceful and zen atmosphere.

Located in a quiet street, our house offers a tranquil atmosphere where you can wake up to the sound of birdsong. In addition, its proximity to bus stations 323, 380 and 47 (just a 5-minute walk away) as well as the RER B and metro 7 (15 minutes away) will allow you to easily reach the heart of Paris and its many attractions.

The unit was perfect for my wife and me, our son and daughter-in-law, and our two grandchildren. Paris was experiencing a heat wave during our visit, with highs above 90 degrees F during most of our stay. While the unit doesn't have central air conditioning, the owner provided a portable in-room air conditioner for each upstairs bedroom, so we stayed very comfortable. The main unit has a great living room and dining room for family time.The house is spacious and clean, and is actually divided into two separate units (you walk through an outdoor courtyard to move between them). Each unit has a kitchen with modern appliances, a bathroom, and a washer and dryer.The house is in a quiet neighborhood that's a little run down, but felt safe. The LaPlace RER train station with direct service to CDG airport is about a one-mile walk away, but there are a couple of pretty steep hills on the route. The Hoptial Bicetre Metro stop is just over a half-mile away, and an easier walk. There are also several bus stops within a 5 minute walk. There's a pizza restaurant right around the corner, and an ALDI grocery store about a half-mile away.Communication with the host was excellent. We'd definitely stay here again.
