This studio is equipped to meet all your needs:

Living room: A convivial space with a double bed, TV and dining table for relaxing moments.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave, oven and Nespresso machine.

Bathroom: A bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer available.

Toilet: One toilet integrated into the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Dishwasher, Wi-Fi included, iron, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the ground floor and its front door opens onto the lobby, next to the lift, the bin room and the shared laundry room. Footsteps, doors and conversations in the common areas can be heard inside, including in the evening, which may bother light sleepers.
* As the studio is on the ground floor, the shutters need to stay closed while you are out to preserve your privacy, and the room gets little natural light. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be on a quiet street in the 13th arrondissement, near Place d'Italie and a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station, in a 25 m² (269 sq ft) studio for two, fully equipped with a dishwasher.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
