⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the ground floor, right next to the building entrance, on a street where several bars and cafés stay open late. Residents coming and going and street noise can be heard inside in the evening, at night and early in the morning, which may bother light sleepers.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 17th arrondissement, 120 m from Place de Clichy metro station (line 2), in a 20 m² (215 sq ft) studio with a washing machine and a bed our guests describe as comfortable.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
